Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work after two years! This is a terrible mower. Bought it for the swivel wheels. It replaced an older mower with swivel wheels that was tired. Those wheels work great. The swivel on this mower is awkward and adds length to the mower almost negating this feature. It is top heavy and when on the slightest incline it will flip. The bag needs to be removed and the wheels locked for this. And while we are on the bag... It is a terrible design. It falls off when full and each time you empty it, the notch that holds the bag fills will with lawn clippings. Each bag change requires a cleaning in order the get the bag to seat properly. As far as the height adjustment... Cheap plastic notches hold the leveler. The adjustment lever pops out at will and moves around. I had to use plastic zip ties to hold it in place. Adjustments require changing the zip ties each time. Now to the engine. I will never get anything Briggs and Stratton again. The mower started OK for the 1st year. The 2nd year it ran rough and the shaft started locking up every so often. I would have to take a large screwdriver and pry the shaft to make it rotate. After messing with it for a while it would spin freely and start. Once running, the engine would run fast and slow, almost stalling. This season things got worse. I have to try several methods to get the shaft to turn. Today I could get nowhere with it. I took almost everything apart and put it back together. New spark plug, fuel gaskets, checked the magneto... Put it all together and nothing. Wasted hours on this. Two years ago I contacted Lowes online to advise them not to carry this mower, as it was not a good product. They acted as if they thought I was just trying to get my money back but actually I was trying to save other customers from my fate. I was surprised to see that that Lowes is still offering the poorly designed product for sale. This may not be the exact mower as I bought mine three years ago, however it is close enough to warrant avoiding it at all costs. Mine is going in the garbage and I am forced to buy a new mower way too soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mower with caster front wheels. I purchased the TB370 XP to replace a 1999 vintage mower which also had caster front wheels. It was the exact combination I was looking for. Wanted larger Briggs and Stratton engine 192cc, high rear wheels and caster front. I live in South East Florida with St. Augustine grass. I mulch the grass and set the cutting height all the way up. Found the rear wheels need to be down one notch to be level with the front at the top hole. Because of the height, clippings and leaves tend to blow out the front and up on the engine if the grass is not up the the mower deck. The caster wheels allow you to swing in from the side when trimming around trees. If you have a small yard with trimming, once you use a mower with caster front wheels, you will not go back to fixed. I added foam padding to the handles, similar to my old mower. Love the auto choke for starting: 1to 2 pulls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made lawn mowing easier I have used the XP for three summers. I am pleased with the one pull start. The caster front wheels make easy turning around trees and I can spin on a dime while mowing a cross cut pattern. I prefer the rear wheel drive pushing up the front yard hill. The oil change is easy. I have not had any problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply The Best... I purchase this particular mower, because I wanted a zero turn walk behind, I looked at Cub Cadet, but TB has the Best Features and Price, Everyone drove past my house and seen the mower wanted to how is it, where I get from, and the cost... People was amazed at the cutting style and how level it had my yard..,Thank You Troy Bilt...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets the Job Done Bought this model for a replacement mower, What a GREAT machine. The 190CC B&S Engine performs with one pull, and enough power to stay steady on hills and un-even surfaces. The speed control gives a good range selection. Would like to have one with out the caster front wheels (Caster are great for mowing with many trees and other obstructions, I can only imagine how a straight away model would perform.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Mower Steering is a little difficult at first until you get the hang of it. Once you master how to zero turn it is so much easier to use than the traditional mower.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TB370 XP I bought this lawn mower in the spring this year 2018 It is a nice looking mower but it takes 3-4 pulls on the cord to get it to start and once it starts the idle is erratic and one of the wheels seem to get stuck sideways been like this since it arrived. I had a John Deer similar to this one never had any problems with for the years I had it and it had always started on the first pull unlike this troy-built.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Mower Purchased this mower last year and so far it's been GREAT!! Always starts with one pull, even after sitting through the winter. It's so nice with the front pivot wheels when using the mower to trim around curves & flower beds with out having the lift the front wheels off the ground like with most mowers. Does a great job at cutting too. Mulching and bagging.
