Rated 3 out of 5 by from Basic lawn mower This review is for the TB360 I purchased in 2014 as I do not see that model on their site. This mower is good basic lawn mower. The self pace wheel engagement could stand to be more firm so it does not flop around in your hands when walking. The deck states that it cuts at 3.75" at the highest setting but the angle of the mower will put the tip of blade at 3.25" at the front. If the deck was to have a angle shouldn't the angle be slightly higher in the front? The wheels and tires have held up and still have plenty of tread. I like the that Briggs 190cc engine has enough power to handle taller grass when getting behind on lawn maintenance. I do not like that the front and rear are plastic when bolts to the metal deck. It seems to create some flex but the cut of machine is decent. The cut from bagging or side discharge is great but the mulching is less desired as a line of clippings are left in the wheel marks. I purchased this mower due to the rating of Consumer Reports for that year and it has held up to being used on 3 lawn each week for past 4 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase!!! Purchased this mower in 2015, wanting a dependable mower, while still under warranty the engine had to be replaced. Since then it has been in for repair at two different locations multiple times. Was keeping in garage but smell of gasoline was so strong we have to keep it away from the house now. When it does run engine revs up and down drastically. When it comes back from repair which costs us more and more, works for very short period of time last time less than 2hours of use then dies permanently. Ready to junk. Will never purchase a Troybilt again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very dependable Great mower. Starts on the first pull every time even though it's a couple years old! Started on the 2nd pull this spring, fresh out of storage. Pulls great, cuts great, strong motor doesn't bog down easily. Bag is a tad small have to empty often but not a big deal to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable I have been using mine for over 4 years now. The only issue that I've had is the self propel cable broke at end of season on 3rd year but got with warranty department and shipped me a replacement no problem.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic handle has disabled the mower I liked the mower and bought even though others warned of the cheap plastic handle. I use it for small areas only as we use a rider for most of the yard. The handle broke and it causes the engine to due immediately. This mower is only 2 years old. So its duct tape together to keep the engine running. It usually starts all the time. But the few times it doesnt, I really miss the bulb that would aid in quick starting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dependable performance I bought this mower 3 years ago. Easy start. Easy maintenance. I would have rated 5 stars had the control cable been improved to eliminate periodic replacement. Easy to replace. Stress on the internal wire due to angle coming out of the cable casing. Other than that. Great mower.
