Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough Mower My mower is an older version that does not have an electric start. It is a very tough mower that can cut very tough weeds. It has been in service many years at this point as it came with the property that we bought six years ago. It is still in great shape and starts quite easily and does a good job.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Durable and reliable I've had this mower for 3 years. It's been dependable and I get compliments on the yard. I give it 4 stars because it would be better for the height adjustment to be contunuously variable instead of having 4 settings. Very good otherwise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for larger lawns I bought this mower in the Spring and it has reduced my mowing time from 2 hours plus to about 40 minutes. Easy to operate and the zero turn wheels make cornering effortless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great mower for the money I purchased this mower in June of 2018 and I am happy so far. The mower cuts and handles very well. It has plenty of power to take on a descent size lawn (mine is the 382QC model) One thing I wish was better is the deck adjustment, it has 8 different settings which is good but the settings are not uniformed in other words moving the lever once may lower the deck 1/4in then again may be 1/2in I wish this was better. also the cut height says it's 3.5-1in that seems off compared to my troy built riding mower. Once you figure out what setting is best for your lawn it is a real nice mower. I'm looking forward to fall to see how it handles leaves.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent machine I’ve had this machine for over a year now and though it’s a fairly decent I would love to see some improvements. For instance even when on the highest setting the grass is still cut very short and the deck is very flimsy compared to the previous machine I had that lasted 20+ years. I definitely don’t see this one lasting as long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Have had this for six years with no issues. It is harder to maneuver given its size and weight, but it saves time with the nice wide deck.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Decisions 33 inch I m a local landscaper and have four 33 inch troy bilt machines all the way back when the were called garden way. I was very disappointed with the new one I bought 3 or 4 years ago. You ruined a half way decent machine, now I buy them on eBay used, I crossed the state to pick them up. Needless to say I do not use the new one anymore , Its just a spare! Lets get started? CHEAP your reconfiguration of the controls, Thin cables which I had problems with at 80 hours and you would not warranty them. because you wont warranty for commercial use, I take good care of my stuff let them warm up , let them cool down always changing oil. Its not like I got a rookie running my stuff abusing them, Its just me and a girl employee. The machine is way to heavy, makes It hard to control. The older machines you could get under trees and bushes by being able to control it with one hand. The new shift lever Is the worst feature, So much mowing time is lost having to bend down to reach it Try that 50 times a day. I will say the beefed up cogged belt was a good idea. To slow in reverse. Also had deck height lever snapped off at 100 hours. No grease fittings on the hubs. Cheap cleaves to hook cables, that was used as a Joke right? You cant let go of the deck engage lever without stopping the blades when your trying to get close to something. You have turned a machine that was good enough to use commercially into a piece of garbage, When the used supply runs out I will be forced to change brands. Doesn't any designer there mow lawns? you wouldn't think so. The price has remained the same through the years but the quality has disappeared !
