Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Zero Turn Lawn Mower I purchased this zero turn lawn mower about two months a go and I am extremely happy with it. I mow between 2-3 acres and it has cut my mowing time down to a fraction of what it used to be with my previous riding garden tractor. It is comfotable to ride and steer and I enjoy mowing again. I highly recommend the TroyBuilt brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from return customer My father bought this exact model four or five years ago , after borrowing his for the last two years I purchased this newer version of the same model , WHY , it's been a work horse cutting up to ten acres between us every two or three weeks , we replaced the belt twice , the battery once and one spindle in all this time , regular oil changes and blades purchased in bulk during the off season have also helped , it takes time to get use to steering a zero turn and we both cut partial slopes with these mowers , I know my limits on this machine and fill safe on it , just as my father I am 6' 4" tall and fit comfortable on this machine , also I know the maintenance so changing the blades a belt or the oil are very easy , for me this was the perfect mower , we went to purchase two of these together after I paid for my mower my father stepped up and purchased a 60 inch commercial machine , after it was delivered he discovered he was too tall and could not get his legs and knees to fit on his new shorter mower no matter how much we adjusted it , now he uses his old TROY BILT 50xp and my nephew drives his new wider cut mower ,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long over due This is definetly one of the best toys I ever bought for myself. Should have done this years ago, cuts my mow time in half and my yard looks a lot better from the way the mower cuts. And I love the deck wash system, haven't looked under it yet to see if it does what it was intended for but I will be sharpening blades at some point so we'll see!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent mower I cannot rate the durability because it is a new mower. It replaced a standard power mower and has cut my mowing time in half. I love it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't last long Purchased mower in 2012 and the hydro gear has already went out on it. Only has 213 hours on it. Huge cost to replace. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mustang 50 This machine does an excellent job of cutting grass smoothly. It has cut my mowing time by about 40%. I routinely cut the grass at my church which has 6 - 7 acres. With my old mower, it would take 6 - 7 hours. Now I can do it in 4 to 4 1/2 hours. I would have liked a more grippy tread pattern on the drive wheels. The deck lever seems pretty heavy. Starting almost always requires the throttle to be in CHOKE position. However, very good mower overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well designed ZTR Well thought out design that allows for easy adjustments and maintenance. The seat is comfortable for long mowing sessions. The clippings get scattered very evenly. At first the 'feature' of shutting down the blades when going into reverse seems unhandy, but it turns out that can be avoided by keeping one handle in neutral or slightly forward position, in short by using a little finesse. The Kohler engine and overall frame beefiness matches the JD commercial grade ZTRs I have used. The owner manual is a little light on specs and details (like what is the recommended tire pressure other that the max on the tire). Great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1st zero turn I've had. Just getting used to it. So far really like the way it mows but really nervous about how it reacts on banks (even smaller ones).
