Rated 3 out of 5 by from Awkward Oil Compartment I have had this lawn mower for a month and love everything about it except the oil compartment. It is very awkward to reach the dipstick to check the oil and there is no way to get a funnel or an oil bottle to the opening to add oil.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for trimming If you're looking for the Cadillac of mowers, this is not for you. This is a rugged, smaller mower perfect for small trimming after mowing with a tractor. I have very steep hills on my property, this mower works great on them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Mower! I bought this mower 1.5 years ago and it no longer runs. It has a plastic carborator that clogs constantly. I've cleaned the jets and it runs for half my (very small) city yard and dies. My previous mower lasted 15 years & this one didn't even last 2 full seasons. There are tons of videos of this same issue on you tube.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from T bolt on handle won't tighten Received and unboxed this yesterday (05-13-21) I haven't been able to use it yet, because of the gas shortage. Removed the T bolts as instructed and pulled out the handle about 8 inches. Then replaced the T Bolts to secure the handle. The T bolt was hand tightened on the left side. The T bolt will not tighten on the right side. It turns and turns but won't tighten. And if I pull on the T bolt while wiggling the handle the bolt pulls out. I am worried that if I use it like this, the bolt might fall out and the handle might slide back under the deck and get hit by the blade.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unable to find replacement gas cap Bought this mower last year at Lowes. Overall runs well. My issue is that the gas cap does not stay on!! It fell off AGAIN this week & I ran over it this time. No easy way to reorder the gas cap, including on the Troy-Bilt website. No gap cap part listed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good value I The pluses: TB100 very easy to handle and maneuver due to light weight and taller rear wheels, it cuts and mulches very well, easy to set up, starts with 2 or 3 pulls, appears to be solidly built but I worry about long term durability due to the plastic front end..it seems most mowers are built like that nowadays...couple of negatives: terrible design of the oil filler port location..the person at Briggs&Stratton who authorized that should be demoted imho..maybe that's why the tb105 was introduced since it appears identical except for the chinese built motor...also the manual instructions for height adjustment appear incorrect..following their instructions will result in the front height and rear height being different..this might be due to the fact that the manual covers several different models..overall though I like this mower and recommend it ..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from dual wheel adjustmens- AWESOME I purchased this lawn mower for a small townhome backyard that I needed to care for due to having a dog. The lawn mower starts and runs very well. The best feature of the mower are the adjustable wheels that adjust the height of the lawn mower. I am tall (6'8) and this is the best lawn mower that I have purchased due to the variable height adjustment.
