Rated 1 out of 5 by from Know reliability of place of purchase I made this purchase in a hurry from a local hardware store in Montello, Wi. Upon delivery I noticed that 2 bolts on the chute were loose and the third was missing, I bolted it down. I found that the machine would not back up due to an improperly installed cable, I fixed that too. I removed snow 2 times on my short and level drive and upon trying the 3rd time found the auger belt shredded. My calls to the hardware store were of no help, they said "sorry". Troybilt said belts are not covered even though the machine was new. ANSWER; Fix it myself or pay for repair.
