Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love that it's a 4-cycle. Seems to have issues. The main driver of me getting this particular snowblower was that it was a 4-cycle, which is not too common for a single stage thrower. I've had mine for around 2 years and it seems to be starting to have issues. This year alone, I've had the following things happen: 1) the bracket holding up the gas tank has had a plastic piece break off so the gas tank just kind of flops around now 2) the bracket holding the pull string to the handle came off and doesn't securely hold it there anymore 3) multiple bolts holding the plastic cover on have worked their way out and are now missing 4) the biggest issue is that it now only runs smoothly with no idle hunting at nearly full choke, which means that the carb is likely running lean. I've disassembled and cleaned the carb twice with no change. It may require a new carb to fix the problem Everything else is fine. Depending on the type of snow, the wheels constantly build up snow so that they don't roll anymore, but just drag. I've not had an issue starting it up, but only with getting it to run smoothly without revving. It doesn't smoke like a 2 cycle, which is fantastic that you don't have to mix the oil and gas. It is fine for what I paid for it, but I was hoping that it would have been as durable as a lawn mower, which it does not seem to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would definitely recommend! I know several people that have purchased snow blowers and it seems to only work for one season, and then they are back to shoveling. I also have seen people struggling to operate their snow blower and ultimately return to hand shoveling. Well, that is not the case with this snow blower. I bought this snow blower because hubby and I are getting up in age and need something easy to operate and this works like a charm. I have to admit that when I first purchased it, I was a little hesitant but no more! I definitely recommend this product because it works, it is easy to operate and is affordable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Having Trouble Starting For those who are having trouble getting and keeping the 210 running. I found that the sparkplug that is supplied is not "gapped" correctly it needs to be gapped to .070 for this snow blower to run properly. I to had the same problem first getting it started then keeping it running, once I gapped the plug at the .070 it runs and stays running over and over. I hope this helps all who are having this problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Squall™ 210 Snow Thrower 21" Single-Stage I purchased a Squall™ 210 Snow Thrower 21" Single-Stage Snow Thrower - 123cc Troy-Bilt engine at Lowes in November 2012 and have used it about 15 times so far this year. The engine starts and works strong every time. The tires seemingly "lock-up" every time the slightest bit of snow get on them and I end up dragging the machine from point a...to b. It is frustrating that the wheels don't work as they should. On several occasions the handle on the snow shoot comes off when trying to turn the shoot from one direction to another. I am a proud patriot that tries to by American built products, but I have to say I am frustrated and not satisfied with this snow blower. I ended up borrowing my neighbors snow blower today because I was so frustrated at having to drag my machine all over my driveway and sidewalks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surpassed expectations. I found this machine to work very well. I just used it to clear a 12 inch snow storm. Ease of use is good. In wet snow the wheels would tend to stick due to snow build up. Spray wheels with WD40 or Pam to keep snow from sticking. For those users who complain it worked last year but won't start this year. When you put it away did you leave gas in it? Todays gas will not keep till next winter. I can gaurantee if you left gas in it you have a gummed up needle valve. Easy to fix with some carb cleaner after removing the bowl from the carb. If the pull cord is cutting into the engine cover. It is because the guide for the cord is installed wrong. It is supposed to be on the outside of the push handle. My suggestion before saying it is no good is to read the manual.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Squall 210 Snowblower Great Price for this at lowes. Took a few minutes to start, you need to read the instructions on the snow blower. Got it started and it works great. Easy for me to handle hope this last for years.
