Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst lawnmower ever built I bought this lawnmower on March 9, 2019. I used it three times. It was always kept in a garage, checked oil, and used ethanol-free gas (as recommended by manufacturer). On April 20, while cutting the grass, it started to make some unusual noise and started vibrating until stopped running. Several attempts were made to get it going again without success. I decided to take it back to a local Home Depot for a refund, however the return policy was only for 30 days. I was 11 days too late. I will never buy this lawnmower again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inexpensive and reliable. A great value. I purchased this mower in 2015. Starts every time and runs great. I have found that the best way to keep a seasonal mower running like new year after year is to perform the recommend maintenance: Run ethanol free fuel, change the oil every season, air filter if necessary, and most importantly prior to storing for winter, put a little Sta-Bil in the fuel then run the tank empty. This keeps the carburetor from getting gummed up with stale fuel.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Push mower This is the worst mower I’ve ever purchased. Is there a defect with the blade that makes it vibrate so terribly that all of the handle parts come off?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of Garbage Worst lawn mower I ever owned. Will not start after only one season of use. I have burned up 2 hrs trying to get it running but after reading the other two reviews I will cut my losses and buy a decent lawnmower. I will NEVER buy another Troybilt lawnmower again!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst mower EVER ! Don't waste your time or money Mower was initially perfect - until it wasn't ... it's not running AT ALL. had it "fixed" twice under warranty - after waiting three months for it to be fixed the first time was told it was ready, and contacted for me to pick it up. Was told that the fuel line had trash in it. PAID for the "fix" b/c it wasn't warranty. However, it didn't run when i got it home - took it back b/c the mechanic never used the case # i had, warranty line told me to use the same case b/c it wasn't used the first time - waited two months this time on them to "fix" it. It ran three times - they supposedly fixed the carburetor under the case and warranty. Now - it won't run AT ALL A G A I N annnnd.. of course, it is now out of warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t start after 1 year I bought my push mower to replace my old one. I have had it for less than a year and now that it’s time to actually start mowing my yard again I can’t mow it.
