What Information Do We Collect

Personal Information does not include information that is publicly available, such as a person's name, address and phone number listed in a directory.

Why We Collect Personal Information

Troy-Bilt LLC's reply shall indicate if the application for access, rectification, cancellation or objection is appropriate and, in such case, Troy-Bilt LLC shall effect its decision within the following 15 calendar days or the maximum term permitted by the applicable law to the date in which the answer was delivered to the owner of the personal information or to his or her representative.
