Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Big Horse I have had my Horse for over a year. I was still riding my bronco when I say it in the store. Purchased the Horse and then sold my bronco which is still running good. This Horse Mower is very sturdy. Great cutting and starts better than any mower I have ever had. I mow 3/4 acre twice a week and it has been flawless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem free and super powerful I bought this mower over a year ago and it has run flawlessly since. I am a combat disabled Marine but this mower is so easy to operate that I have no trouble with it. The undercarriage washer is super nice, keeping the blades and under body really clean with just a water hose attached. I am very pleased with the Horse by TroyBilt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Forward and reverse mowing. I bought this earlier this year to mow 2 acres of property at my home. The recommendation by Troy was to use the 46" size mower. It is a joy to use a 46" vs. previous 42" mowers. The only suggestion, is that the grass that accumulates on the mowing deck is tough to clean off under the pulleys. The two pulley covers must be removed to do it properly. The ability to sharpen blades while the deck is on the mower is near impossible and very time consuming, since the deck must be removed. Filling the gas tank sometimes causes overflow, because the throat goes into the tank and it fills up about an inch and a half below the top and this is not readily known compared to other mower tanks. Putting a new belt on the mower requires use of a long screw driver or bar to push guards away so belt can slip down. This seems to be a difficult situation, since the nut on top of the pully does not come off when a wrench is used (?).
